Moveable Asset Rates

What are Moveable Assets?

Moveable Assets are any item that is an optional part of a rooms configuration. Examples would include baby cots, extra beds for children and Nespresso Machines. Benson will keep a tally of the number used with each night’s reservations so you do not have a situation where you have more booked than on the property.

Moveable Asset rates are set by day in the same way as room rates.

In order to offer your moveable assets you will need to set rates for each rate type.

Adding Moveable Asset rates can seem like a lengthy process but it offers you maximum flexibility. For example, you may not want to offer a children’s extra bed or baby cot on your corporate rate types.
