You can select various options to view data and also download data.
This is available in all the reports (in the Back Office section) generated on Benson as well as some individual sections (guest list etc).
How can I change the view?
Clicking on the ‘eye’ icon allows you to select and deselect whether you want to view rows and columns
How can I download?
Clicking on the pdf icon allows you to download a pdf version. Clicking on the TXT icon allows you to download a .txt file. This file best opens in spreadsheet programs (like Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers or Google Sheets).
Include Details
Selecting ‘Include Details’ brings all the detailed information into the downloading report. Unselecting it just brings the summary data.
