This section allows you to set the different types of notes that can be added to Benson.
Where do notes appear?
Notes appear during reservations, on a client’s profile and on the daily note reports. Essentially they would be any way you want to segregate the daily notes.
What type of notes are suggested?
Suggestions for notes are:
- Dietary Notes
- Billing Notes
- Guest Information
- Room Preferences
- Arrival Notes
- Departure Notes
Deactivating Note Types
You can deactivate a Note Type any time by clicking on the “Deactivate” checkbox in the Note Type popup. This will move the Note Type card to the end of the list and also remove it from any drop-down lists across the system.
You’ll be able to re-activate a Note Type at any time if you need to.
