What is the Notes Report?
This report gives you all the notes attached to reservations for a particular period.
The types of notes (and they way they are separated) is controlled in the note type settings.
TIP: If you have notes seperated into, for example, dietary notes then printing a note report for just those notes will enable you to help your chef easily plan that week’s meals.
Viewing a Notes Report
You can view a note report over a determined period (minimum of one day, no maximum) and also sorted by reservations status. Not selecting a particular reservations status brings ALL reservations in that period.
