What is a Guest List?
A guest list is a daily view of the hotel’s activity. It lists (separately) the day’s arrivals, stay overs and departures.
Viewing a Guest List
Clicking ‘PULL REPORT’ will generate that day’s guest list.
Guest Lists are only able to be generated on a day-by-day basis. If you require more information – for example, information on a whole week’s arrivals – either the Reservations Overview or the Reservations Status report will give more detail.
