What is the Performance Report?
This report will show you data around the accommodation charges in Benson. The report can be future or backward-looking. Future reservations are however just a forecast (as they could cancel). Backward-looking reservations are guaranteed income and are unchangeable. The backward-looking data will be the same as the system accommodation charge in your sales report.
Generating a Performance Report?
You can select:
- A start date
- An end date
- View on – Clients
- View on – Originating Agents
- View on – Rate Types
- View on – Room Types
- Cancelled Reservations Only – if selected will just bring data on cancelled reservations in Benson and no active reservations.
