The search reservation function will allow you to look for any reservation that has been created for your property.
What can you search for?
There are two different types of search you can perform.
Firstly, you can search by:
- Reservation Number or,
- Invoice Number
Alternatively, you can search by any combination of:
- Name (this will search for client name, contact name, reservation name & guest name)
- Rate Type
- Start Date (if blank, all reservations will be searched)
- End Date (if blank, all reservations will be searched)
- Cancelled Reservations (if selected, this will just bring cancelled reservations)
Both searches will return results that are filtered by what Benson considers the most relevant to your search criteria.
